Transformation either happens or it doesn’t. Methods, knowledge, budgets, rules and laws prevent Transformation.
Effect and impact (reality) arise as a result of the attitude of mind within the overall system. A clear mind enables us to concentrate on the essentials. A constructive attitude (stance, courage, energy for realization) enables us to make the right moves.
For over 30 years, I have conducted research of the imprinting of attitude and mind occurs and the impact it has had on organizations and projects. The baseline has been my own attitude of mind exercise, as practiced in Japanese ZEN, since 1978.
We are gardeners, cultivating the ground and roots, where new reality will grow. We are harvesting what we are planting – thus we are planting Transformation. Join us!
